I. What kind of information do we collect from you when you visit our site?
When you visit brickhousewines.com, our stats package from Google collects some basic information about your browser. Examples are things like what type of browser and operating system are you using; how long did you stay on our site; what pages did you look at. This helps us understand how visitors browse our site, so that we can make their shopping experience better.
We also collect personal information about you when you check out of our store such as your name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. We need this information to process payment and ship merchandise to you. Your data is used for internal or service-related purposes only.
II. Sharing of information - we don't do it.
Under no circumstances will we share any information that we collect with any third parties or web sites. All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping. If you give us permission to send you marketing emails then we use your email for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other website or list.
III. Newsletter Opt-Out.
If you supply us with your contact information, we may periodically notify you about news of the winery, new releases and special events. We understand the sensitivity of giving out personal information and we do not share this information with other organizations. If you decide to opt-out of receiving these notifications, we have a simple unsubscribe form that will remove you from our email list. Also, under the member area, you will find a simple form to unsubscribe.

V. Protecting your information.
All the payment information you share with us online is transmitted via secure and SSL encrypted methods- a standard internet security measure. If desired, credit card numbers can be stored securely for future purchases. Any data that we store is kept behind a secure firewall in our database and is not accessible to the public in any way.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of this site's owner or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
You must be 21 years or older to join our wine club or to purchase wine with us.
Wine club releases occur in Spring (March) & Fall (September).
Wines included in shipments are subject to change due to availability.
Brick House Wines requires a one (1) year minimum commitment to the Wine Club.
Cancellations can be submitted via email to our Wine Club Manager: kerry@brickhousewines.com, in writing to: 18200 NE Lewis Rogers Ln, Newberg, OR, 97132, or by calling our office at 503-538-5136.
If canceling membership prior to receiving your full year of shipments, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to the primary card on file.
Members are allowed one (1) skipped shipment per the lifetime of the membership.
Requests to skip a shipment or cancel membership must be received two (2) weeks prior to the season’s wine club processing date.
Cancellations of shipments or memberships cannot be honored after the wine club processing date.
Six Bottle Wine Club Members are admitted to a total party of four (4), including Club Members to invitation only events throughout the year.
Twelve Bottle Wine Club Members are admitted to a total party of six (6), including Club Members to invitation only events throughout the year.

An adult signature is required upon delivery of all wine shipments. We recommend shipping to a business address if no one 21 years or older will be home to sign for the package during the day.
Members are responsible for any state taxes that may apply to the purchase and/or shipment of any wines.
Members are responsible for all shipping charges including those incurred due to misdirected and/or returned shipments.
Please note it is the Wine Club Members’ obligation to notify Brick House Wines of any account changes (billing/shipping address, phone, email or payment information) two (2) weeks prior to the shipping or pick-up of the wine club shipment.
In order to ensure that our Wine Club Members always receive first access to our wines and receive the best pricing possible, we are unable to extend member benefits or member pricing to non-members.
WINE CLUB PICK-UP POLICY
For our “pick-up” Wine Club Members: We ask that you please pick-up your wine within six (6) months of its release. Brick House Wines is unable to hold your wine shipments past this time. If after six (6) months, you have not picked-up your wine or made other arrangements with us to receive your wine, we will charge your card on file for relevant shipping and tax in order to ship you your wine. We are unable to process any returns/exchanges after 180 days. Please contact us at 503-538-5136 if you need to make other arrangements.
