2023 halliday hilll PINOT NOIR

The 2023 Pinot Noir Halliday Hill was fermented entirely with whole clusters and matured in around 25% new French oak. It has intense aromas of pomegranate, red cherry, tangerine peel, damp earth and floral potpourri. The medium-bodied palate balances concentrated flavors with well-integrated oak spice. It’s framed by velvety tannins and juicy acidity and has a long, spicy finish. 100 cases were made.
