2022 Evelyn’s Pinot Noir

Pale ruby in colour. Bright, fresh raspberry and cherry. Dried rose hips and clove, dry dusty earth. A bit of dark-cherry yogurt, vanilla and nutmeg spice. Layered. High fresh acidity and drying, medium tannin with all elements integrating seamlessly. Lovely.
