The 2023 Pinot Noir Evelyn's is a preview of what will be released next fall. It offers a jeweled ruby color and boasts notes of sagebrush, black cherry, pressed flowers, and fresh earth. It provides a lot of youthful intensity, with a fleshy, rounded, silky texture and a long finish. It’s only going to benefit from another year or more in bottle. Drink 2027-2047.
